Review Banque Atlantique Benin in coma

Banque Atlantique in Cotonou is a disgrace. I have struggled as international customer for three years, with the worst bank I have ever had. I don't understand how it can keep the bank authorization there. Now I have given up and want to transfer my funds to another bank - everything works en e-banking - on paper, but transfers are just not effectuated, and the 9 mails I have sent to my contacts in the bank remain unanswered. This is criminal business! I recommend everybody to avoid this bank. I waited 3 months to get my first credit card. Needless to say, a renewal has never happened. ATMs are always out of funds, and bank personnel are lazy and unstructured. I guess that's the reason there is no web-page to support reviews of the Benin branch.
