The Worst Customer Service Experience I Ever Had!!!
The DHL package was here since the 1st of Sept. I was told today. So I asked how I was supposed to know without a notification from their office. The answer was simple as this - recipients of packages have the responsibilty to track and follow up their packages. And how are they supposed to know I asked....they have to track them and stop by their office for more updated information.
Dammm, it took me two and half hours using the tracking number to locate the package, go to the customs to have them certify the content and to my greatest dismay (ignorance from my part I guess) pay the customs cfa 30.000 and DHL 20.000.
Guess what, this is the very last time I order anything through DHL. May be it is the local office problem, but globally, It is a nerve racking experience.
