Question for DELEGATION PROVINCIALE DU CENTRE

I will like to known what to do if is that I did my indentity card by 2014 ,but I was oppurtune to collect it but in on march 2017 .my problem here is that my name was wronghly spell n I had done this new form of indentity card that is de receipt I did it by November since then the original is not out.what I'm to do now?
