As part of the strengthening of its commercial network, the insurance company Prudential Beneficial General Insurance is recruiting at DOUALA.
PRUDENTIAL is one of the oldest and most internationally renowned life and non-life insurance companies, completed the acquisition of the majority stake in the Beneficial Group to which Beneficial General Insurance SA belongs.
POSITIONS: SALES AGENTS
OBJECTIVE: Development of the sale of non-life products (IARDT). Become the main sales force for non-life insurance products in Cameroon.
Wanted number: 10
Tasks to be performed:
- Prospecting,
- The realization of sales,
- Training (role plays on the sale of products),
- After-sales service and
- Participation in coaching sessions.
Type of contract: Freelance (support provided for in
Career process:
1- Training and follow-up of new ones over a period of three months
2- Assessment at the end of the trial period (3 months)
3- Career advancement: Provisional team leader, team leader, ADE, Agency supervisor, and Agency manager.
Required profile:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- honesty
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to manage dozens of clients
- Empathy
- Resistance to pressure and stress
- Optimism - Acceptance of failure - Questioning
- Power of persuasion - Enthusiasm
- Perseverance and patience
Minimum academic level: BAC all series.
Experience in sales desired. Knowledge of insurance would be an asset.
