The Project at Nouvelle Route Bastos was to refurbish an existing four storey school building to be used by ENKO Education International La Gaiete.

Services included architectural design, Construction Costing, Builder selection and Project Supervision.

The brief was to create a new hall, canteen, refurbish existing classrooms and staff offices. The project lasted three months.

This luxury villa in Odza was designed to accommodate four bedrooms, three living rooms (two downstairs and one family living room upstairs). The front yard provides a drive through porch with ample space for garden and parking. The design occupies 650sqm of a 1000sqm site.

Services included Topographical Studies, Architectural Design, Technical Studies and Documentation for Building Permit.
