- Seller sends soft offer.
- After 3 days, buyer confirm and accept this offer and sign it

- After 7 days buyer signs, stamps and returns draft Contract
- Upon signing the contract, the buyer opens a letter of credit.
- The first shipment will be held 25 days after the opening of the letter of credit.
