Review Connection problem

My connection has been down for more than a week now and when I cared camtel they said their cable has been stolen as a good company that cares about it's customers by now they should have been a solution and you know so well that they are people that internet in their business in order to survive but yet no one cares and nothing is been done about or said to address the issue at hand which isn't good
